CHANGES FORECASTED. United Press Assn —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, May 28. It is now believed that Cabinet reconstruction will be announced on June 6, the date upon which Parliament adjourns for the Whitsun recess. Mr Ramsay MacDonald will then have the resignation of the whole Ministry and Mr Baldwin as the new head of the Government will announce the changes. The Daily Telegraph’s political correspondent says Sir John Simon is certain to leave the Foreign Office and is likely to succeed Mr Baldwin as Lord “President of the Council and Lead the Commons in Air Baldwin’s absence. Mr MacDonald wili take All- Anthony Eden’s office as Lord of the Privy Seal and will thus be relieved of the burden of administrative duties. It is believed Lord Sankey will retire, and Lord Hailsham will return to the office .of Lord Chancellor. Aljr Malcolm MacDonald will be promoted, and Mr Ernest Brown will replace Air Oliver Stanley as Minister of Labour. The last-named mill probably succeed Lord Halifax as President of the Board of Education. Lord Halifax is understood to be retiring from the Government.
