The Berlin correspondent of “The Times” says it is authciftatively stated that General Goer ing has approved the early liberation of 15.000 political prisoners. It had never previously been admitted that there were so many in Prussian concentration camps. If a measure of such wisdom 5s really enforced it would presumably bo a part of Herr Hitler’s campaign to win over the tenth part of the population which voted against him. PEACE WITH VATICAN.
