COMPANY DIRECTORS.
SENTENCED TO GAOL. (Received 10.55 a.m.) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copvriaht. MELBOURNE, This Day. Walter James Moran and Ralph Hamilton Lane company directors, were found guilty of having conspired to defraud such persons as might have been induced to purchase bonds for shares in the Dominion Tobacco Corporation of Australia. Each was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment . It was* stated at the trial that the public subscribed more than £16.000 to the company and most of the money was received by Moran, Lane and another man.
