ALFREDTON INSTITUTE.
The Alfredton Women’s Institute held their monthly meeting in the hall, Mrs Bicknell presiding. After the business was dealt with, the officers were nominated for the ensuing year. Mrs Hull presented a prize for guessing the most names of flowers by their leaves. Mrs A. Napier and Mrs Seymour tied for the prize, with Mrs Napier winning the cut. Hostesses were Mesdames G. 'Clarkson* A. Napier and R. G. Low.
