Notice To Advertisers INSTRUCTIONS as to the insertion or withdrawal of advertisements in the HERALD must be in WRITING. Advertisements received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded and charged accordingly. Alterations for Standing Advertisements should be handed in by 12 o’clock the day before they are required to appear. Any person writing to the Herald Office for information in regard to advertisements already appearing in the paper must send stamped addressed envelope in order to ensure reply. While every care in exercised in regard to tJhe insertion and classification of advertisements the Management does not bold itself responsible for errors or the non-insertion through accident or from other causes. We cannot be held responsible for errors in advertisements transmitted by telephone, although every care is taken with regard to same.
