FASTEST SCOOT VESSEL.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON. December 29. The French Navy claims that its fastest scout vessel, in its latest trials, attained a speed ot 55 knots during tests off St. Nazaire Bay. The vessel has two motors of 1000 horsepower each, and is 60 feet, in length and armed with two torpedo tubes.
