SUED FOR DEBT.
JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFFS. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, was given in the following undefended civil cases in the local Court yesterday: Official Assignee of the property of Edward Jaques v. Thomas Carroll, claim £4 Is 6d, Court costs 10s, solicitor's fee 10s 6d; Tararua Electric Power Board v. James Burling, 10s, Court costs 10s; Stilton Brothers v. Bert Anderson, £g 14s 4d, Court costs 17s, solicitor’s fee Ids 6‘d; Watts and Lawry v. P. R. Kent, £.3 9s 3d, Court costs Bs, solicitor’s fee 15s 6d.
JUDGMENT SUMMONS. In a judgment summons case, Y. O. Young (Mr R. T. Adams) v. Andrew Fawns, the amount was for £4 7 s 4d. There was no appearance of judgment debtor who was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, in default five days’ imprisonment in H anganui gaol.
