FOOTBALLERS INJURED.
The Rugby maYcli between St. Patrick’s and Kia Toa on Saturday afternoon was marked by a large number of accidents. J. McKenzie (Kia Toa) was the first to retire, having received a? cut above the eye which required the insertion of three stitches. H. Crawford (Kia Toa) received concussion as the result of a knock on the head, and Ross (Kio Toa) sustained a broken nose. Morton (St. Patrick’s) received an injury to the knee.
