FINLAND’S ENTERPRISE.
BRITISH WEEK. ROYALTY’S GOOD WISHES. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, September 2. The Prince of Wales and President Svinhufvud, joint patrons of “British Week” in Finland, which begins on Mionday, have sent good wishes to the enterprise. The Prince says this generous gesture of friendship is appreciated by the British people, and the President expresses a belief that it will greatly increase the possibilities of successful trade development between the two countries. The suggestion for a British Week in Finland was made from the Finnish aide last spring during a visit to Helsingfors of the United Kingdom Trade Mission. It was warmly taken up and has had full support from the Government of both countries.
