The death took place at liis re'l?*% oft .°'- 1 Street, Wades town, v \ 1 J Buiney; secretary of the lead ofbee ol the Commercial Union Assurance Co., Ltd, Mr Binney had occupied tills position since 1929, and before that he was manager of the company at Auckland.
