BETTER TIMES COMING.
It was mentioned by Mr J. G. Brechin, secretary of the- Papatawa Dairy Company, at tlie annual meeting on Saturday, that whenever meatsold welj in England, cheese invariably followed it. There was some mysterious connection between the two. Meat was rising now, which pointed to nil advance in cheese prices shortly. Freezing companies to-day were doing exceptionally well. Shares were. m good demand and were quoted at a., substantial prtmium. Proprietary concerns had, and were now, making millions out of sheep and lamb.;. The position was very encouraging.
