Ihe speaker analysed Austria's fiuancial iind- industrial situation and quoted figures purporting to show * that the country was on the brink of ruin then emphasised the comparatively flourishing condition of Germany under the Nazi-, implying that only Nazis can save Austria from economic collapse. Sixty-one Communists "ere arrested at Oppeln, Silesia, for allegedlyplanning a revolutionary movement ill conjunction with Communists itother cities. Four persons were arrested 111 Munich. Thev were caught red-handed folding and packiim S e V _ eral thousand copies of a Commuuist newspaper, containing incitements to civil war and a general strike The printing plant was confiscated.
