The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., report on the Eketahuna sale as follows: A medium entry of dairy cattle and a couple of pens' of ewes were submitted to the usual attendance of buyers. CVuupct itiOM for ewes was very keen hut the demand for dairy cows and heifers was very slack. Following is the range of pricesEwes, l-.w. S.D. rams, 12. s 6d to 21s 6d ; springing heifers, £3 to £4; empty two-year heifers, £2 6s.
