The following directors wore elected: Messrs A. Morton, chairman (Egmont village). 11. Tilvard (Greytown), J. Gihlea (Maharahara), T. Winks (Hawera), Dynes Fulton (Hamilton), F. Parsons (Taranaki), J. D. Brown (Ohau), J. G. Brechin (Pahiatua), F. H. Anderson (Cambridge), E. S. Tremaine (Wliangarei) and O. L. Luke (Auckland).
