In view of her early departure from Y\ oodville Yliss B. Ponsonby has been the guest of honour at several delightful functions. Ylrs R. T. Ad:.ills and children will leave on Boxing Day to spend the legal vacation in Napier. Ylrs J. Gibbons, ot Pongaroa, is at present the guest of hei r mother, Ylrs Ylilne Kurupuni Ylasterton M iss E. Hubbard intends spending Christmas with her parents m Ylasterton.
Ylrs la? Froy. of Burma, India, who is spending six months in New Zealand, arrives in Pahiatua. to-dav, accompanied by her daughter. Ylrs Douglas Corbett, at Napier, will spend Christmas as the guest of her mother, Ylrs J. D. C Ci-e>v«-“Hillside.”
