The feature oif the growth of the movement for civil aviation in Maidborough is the cordial support accarded, the recently formed Aero Club bv local bodies. The Borough Council has placed a thirty-acre aerodrome at the Club’s disposal, and the Marlborough County Council has undertaken reading access, and the Power Board decided to accord th© Club the light and power required.
