VERDICT FOR DEFENDANT. Judgment 1 1 a s been given in the Hooper (Palmerston North) v. Day. (Pahiattm) dental case, which was heard lately in the Palmerston North Supreme Court. .Judgment was given, for defendant Day, with costs according to scale, with , witnesses’ expenses, and disbursements as on a- claim for £250.
