CHINESE REVOLT.
THE SOVIET ATTITUDE. (Received 11 a.m.) Electric Telegraph—Press Association LONDON, January 4. The Riga correspondent says tlie Soviet is declaring that the Chinese revolution is not yet half acccanplislivd and urges the creation of a mighty army capable of crushing Chiuigtsolin and his imperialist allies. It is endeavouring to create the belief that a British memorandum, is a preliminary step to tlie powers intervention for the purpose of imposing on China a plan resembling the Dawes .scheme whereby China would be re-enthralled.
