MORT’S DOCK RE-OPENED

The seamen and owners in ttshipping dispute at Sydney are not niovHng, awaiting the final outcome of the union delegation’s visit to Melbourne, where the conference adjourned to a date to be fixed and the union, then, officials returned to Sydney. Negotiations, however, were not broken off.
