CHRISTCHURCH. July 8. The entries were of normal size. Store sheep: In heavier supply than last week. They comprised mostly lioggets. which were better in price than at last sale by 2s to 2s fid a head. Old ewes and wethers also sold at an advance of Is a head. Good halfbred wether hoggets. 27s to 30s 8d; small. 88a 7d to 25s lOd; tliiee-quarter-bred 26s to 26s lid; crossbred, 25s lid to 275; crossbred ewe do., 30s to 31s fid; good aged halfbred ewes hi lamb, 29s 4*l ; aged do, I9s fid to 245; inferior aged ewes, 13s 9d to 19s fid; late shorn 4 and 6-tooth halfbred wethers, 2fis 9d to 28s lid ; 4, 6 and 8-iootli halfbred, 29s lid to 325.
