KXEcrnvi: council’s decision. Electric Telegraph—Press Association Dunedin, April 12. At the meeting of the Executive Council tliis morning, the GovernorGeneral concurred with Cabinet’s advice and it was determined that the death sentence on John '1 uhi, for the murder of Herbert Henry Knight, be carried into effect.
