The prosecutor at the I eipzig trial of war criminals suggested a sentence of two years on Sergeant Heynor, charged with ill-treating British prisoners at the Nome Camp. Leipzig, May 25.
The evidence in the Heyner case is concluded. A. feature of the day was the evidence of General von Fran seeky , representing the War Office, who stated that tbe refusal of the prisoners to work was mutiny. The military regulations fully justified the use of the rifle butt to enforce obedience
