COMMON GAMING HOUSE.
A HEAVY FINE
Electric Telegraph—Prese Association Masterton, Last Night.
As the result of a police raid, William Powell, tobacconist, was charged to-day before Air S. L. P. Free, S.AL, with keeping a common gam-ing-house. He was convicted and fined £SO and costs. The charges against his assistants, Daphne Clarke and James Collins, of having been found on the premises of a common gaming houlse were dismissed.
