LIBEL ACTION FAILS.
Electric Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, This Day. In the Supreme Court a libel action, in which Garnet Saunders, picturetheatre manager, sued Henrv Wesii.n P™P™*or of the Taranaki Herald for £IOOO. concluded late last night after two days’ hearing. The jury found for defendant on all the counts‘and the Court awarded costs according to scale against the plaintiff. The action arose out of correspondence concerning Kinemacolour pictures and theatre management.
