MAYOR IN A TYPHOID WARD. Electro Telegraph—Press Association New Plymouth. This Day. I lie Borough Councillors attended at the Public Hospital this morning to witness the declaration of the new Mayor, Mr J. E. Wilson, who is an inmate, suffering from typhoid fever in a mild form. Councillor Clarke, is Deputy-Mayor during Mr Wilson’s illness.
