'Pile stockbroker Fenner, charged with many and heavy defalcations, has been committed for trial. He stated that lie must admit the truth of the chargee. He did not wish to make any excuse, but regretted the pain and loss to creditors. He would do his utmost to help the trustee to deal with the estate in the interests of victims.
