YESTERDAY’S SHOOTING
A dozen members of the Pahiatua Defence Rifle Club took part in a competition at the local rifle range yesterday afternoon for Captain Clifton’s ammunition prize. The conditions were seven shots each at 300 and 600 yards. Tlie match was won by Rifleman S. V. Brightwell, who shot consistently throughout, his total score being 64. The following are the scores: —
