SPRING HORSE FAIR. Abraham and Williams, report on their spring horse fair at Pahiatua on Saturday, as follows:—We offered a largo yarding |of horses, entries coming forward m excess of advertised numbers, and we have to report a good clearance of draught and halfdraughts, some exceptionally good horses being offered. Hacks and harness horses were not in such good demand. Three and 4 year unbroken draught fillies to £4l, lighter £22 10s to £2B, 2-year-old Shetland pony £5 10s, unbroken hacks £3 to £5 2s 6d. Broken horses: Three-year geldings £23 to £24 10s, lighter £2O to 5-year geldings to £35 10s, 2year filly £23, 7 and 8-vear mares to £37 ss, 7-year geldings £35 to £3B, half-draught mares £ll, £l4 10s to £22, geldings £ll, £T4 xOs to £ls os, Hacks, etc., £4 7s 6d to £7 10s.
