AIASTERTON STOCK SALE
Alessrs Abraham and AYilliams. Ltd., report on their Afasterton stock sale as follows: Stock came forward fully up to advertised numbers. Tie hulk of the entry in sheep consisted of ewps in lamb. Owners* reserves were, however, on the high side, and the bulk of the business had to he done privately. Few cattle were offered. and not much business was done. We quote :—Sheep—Best fat ewes 19s 7d. others 16= to 17s. fat ewes and wethers 17s sd. be=t ewe= in lamb 22= 6d. others 13= 9d to 2''=: I woolly. 12s to 14s Bd. shorn 11s to 12=. *ull hoggets 5s to a s 6d. Cat-le. —Springing heifers £3 17= 6d. v eaters 235.
