THE NAIROBI FLOGGING CASE.
Electric Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. Zanzibar, July 19. The Higlier Court at Mombasa reversed the sentences on Captain G~ogan and Mr Grey for flogging natives at Nairobi, in British East Africa. The Court did not order a new trial as the imprisonment had already been undergone.
