SUPREME COURT.
PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wanganui, May 29. The sittings ot the Supreme Court opened tiii- morning. The Chief Justice, in his charge to the grand jury, complimented the district on the smallness of the calendar, there being only two criminal charges against three persons, and they were not ot a serious character.
