IyrOTICE is hereby given that at a ’ Special Meeting of the Pahiatua County Council, held on May 5, 1906, a resolution was passed and adopted by Special Order, making and levying a* special rate of threeeighths of a penny in the pound upon the unimproved rateable value of the Sections comprising the Pukewhai Bridgo Special Rating District, via.: Sections 67, 68, 79. 80. 106, 107, 110, and parts of Sections 81, 109 and 111, Block XIV., and Section 74, Block XIII all in the Mangahao Survey District, to provide interest and other charges on a Loan of Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds to lie raised by the said Council under sub-sec-tion 4 of section 14 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” and subsection C of section 8 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act Amendment Act, 1903,” for the purpose of erecting (assisted by a Government grant) a light traffic bridgo over the Mangataiaoka River on the Pukewhai-road, the said loan to bo for a term of 41 years at 4 per cent, per annum, or until the loan is fully paid off. And it is further notified that a meeting of the said Council will be held on June it, 1906, to confirm the said Specinl Order, a copy of which is now open for inspection at the County office.
