AKITIO COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. LOAN NUMBER TWO. is hereby given that ilio following Special Order was adopted at a special meeting held on Friday, 27th April, 15*06: “That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of Five Hundred Pounds, authorised to be raised by the Akitio County Council, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” for metalling the Waihi-Akitio-road, the Akitio County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of Twopence in the Pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waihi-Akitio Loan District, comprising Sections la, lb, 2. 3b, 4a, 4b, Block 11. ; Sections 3. 4, fi. 7,8, 10a. 10b, 11, 11a. 12. 13, 13a, and Lot 17, Block 111., Mt. Cerberus Survey District, and that such Special Rate shall be an annunlly recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable lialt-yonrly, on the first day of March and the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty-one yenrs, or until the loan is fully paid off.
