A Tropical Downpour.
Invercargill, This Dsy. For an hour the town was under a tropical deluge of such a nature as is rare so far south. In ninety minutes three inches of rain fell, and the pent-up water? ou tbe roofs did a good deal of damage to goods in shops and warehouses. The overflow in the streets flooded cellars.
