Sydney, February 19. The troopship Custodian, with the New South Wale 3 portion ol' the Federal Contingent and the Queenslanders, has sailed. The men were farewelied in patriotic speeches by the Deputy-Governor and the Pre mier.
Mklkoirne, February 19.
Large shipments of fodder are being made to South Africa. The Ilford took C 1,500 bales of pressed hay, and the Port Albert also took a large cargo, the two being valued at over £17,000. The Woodford took 87,000 half sacks of oats.
