Cukibtchl &• h February 19. In the Divorce Court to-day, in the case Livingstone v. Livingstone, his Honor held over deci*:on pending hearing an inter pleader caee re £SOO in dispute, now in the bands of a third party. In tbf raae Hall v Hall, petitions for divorre, both husband ani wife suing, his Honor held adultery Droved against both parties, and granted a decree nisi m eacn case; with a proviso that if this decision be traversed in a higher Court, on the ground that it is not eligible to grant two divorces, the wife should have tbe decree made in her favour.
