Terrible Sufferings of Greek Refugees.

A severe epidemic is raging among the Greek refugees iu Thessaly, and the funds lor their relief are exhausted.- Their sufferings are described as terrible.
It is reported that the Government of Greece has obtained a million loan in Pans for the purpose of paying off the first portion of the Turkish war indemnity. The money will he available in forty days. Const vxtinopi.e, August 20.
The Imperial Ottoman Batnc of Constantinople is willing to supply Greece with the first million of the indemnity loan.
