Messrs Abraham and Williams insert list of stock for the Pahiatua sale on Tuesday, 6th July.

The Farmers' Association advertise a list of stock to be offered at their next sale on Friday, 9th July.

Messrs Mowlera and Co. advertise a list of miscellaneous goods to be offered at the mart on Saturday next.

Messrs Mowlem and Co. advertise the list of horses to be offered at their sale next Saturday, when they will also offer the outbuildings and miscellaneous iron and timber at the rear of the Club Hotel. In future the horse sale will ouly be held fortnightly. A meeting of the Makakahi and Jlamua Co operative Dairy Factory will be held in the school on Tuesday (to morrow) the 29th inst. at eight p.m. The business is stated in the advertisement. Head il.

Mr Frank Perry accompanies the New Zealand reps, to Australia. If the team want assistance Frank will of course don the jersey. If his services are required he will be found up to the knocker. Further additions are made to the Farmers’ Association next stock sale. To morrow evening the public of Pahiatua will have an opportunity of hearing .Major Birkenshaw, of the Salvation Army, lecture in the barracks on “ Practical Christianity of the 19th century and the brotherhood of man.” The Major has had 20 yeurs practical experience with the Army in all parts of the world.
