CONDITIONS. 1. No deduction will bo made from the advertised stakes. 2. All races on this programme are open to “ hacks ” only. 3. “ Hacks ” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the value of 40 so vs at time of start (hack and hunter races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, St. Leger, or Sapling Stakes at time of start. 4. No entry will be received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall bo settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision will be final. In all nominations description, age, pedigree, and colors must be given. 6. Metropolitan Racing Rules will be strictly adhered to. Persons at a distance wishing to invest on the Totalisator can do so by adressing their communications to the “ Secretary, W.D.J.C., Woodville,” to arrive at least half an hour before the advertised time for starting each race. No investments will be made unlesßtho instructions are accompanied by Bank Draft, P.O. Orders, Postal Notes, or Money Order Telegrams. Cheques will not be received. Investors must state briefly the Raco and Horse thoy wish thoir money invested No notice will be taken of contingent instructions. Telegrams will not be replied to unless marked “ Reply paid ” Dividends will be paid free of charge, and accounts will he rendered within seven days after the meeting.
