CABINET ADJUSTMENTS
WELLINGTON, June 23. The Prime Minister (Mr G. W. Forbes') stated to-day. in connection with the Ottawa Conference, that the Public Works and Transport portfolios would now probably be transferred to the Minister of Agriculture (Mr C. E. Macmillan), instead of to the Minister of Lands (Mr E. A. Ransom). Mr Forbes himself would take the portfolios of Finance and Custorps, Sir Apirana Ngata the Attorney-generalship, and Mr A. Hamilton would be Acting-Minister of Employment.
