There is practically no unemployment in France or Italy, said Mr F. Milner during the course of his address in St. Andrew’s Hall, Ashburton, the other evening (states the Guardian). As far as Italy was concerned it was entirely due to the Mussolini regime. Mussolini, said Mr Milner, was a wonderful man. During the Great "War he was wounded in 40 different places.-and on three occasions his life had been despaired of owing to illness.
