DRUG ADMINISTERED TO HORSES LONDON, September 16. The Jockey Club stewards. „the Earls of Zetland, Rosebery, and Harewood, announced that they found evidence of a drug having been administered to Grand Success, the winner of the Carfin Handicap at Lanark on July 24 last.
