Thirty-one plans, together with a great deal of data and a complete history of the Waimakiriri River have been despatched to England by the River Trust. They have been forwarded to Sir Francis Boys, a member of the trust now in England, with the request that he should communicate with the Institute of Civil Engineers with a view to the documents being considered by an outside expert.
