1 “If an accused man can set up an alibi in def snee of his charge then it is his duty to establish that alibi at the earliest possible moment,” remarked his Honor, Mr .Justice Ostler, at ,the Napier Supreme Court, in a case in which an accused man set up an alibi, as' a defence. When a man had an abili, his Honor said, and it was not brought out till- the Upper Court hearing of the case, juries must approach the defence with caution. ,
