HAMILTON, September 1. In the Supreme Court, Albert James Madden, of Mangaorango, who was charged with incest, waß found guilty after a thre* hours’ retirement. The jury had previously disagreed. Sentence was deferred. Alfred Orossoy was sentenced to two years In gaol for uttering counterfeit coins. HAMILTON, September 3. Albert James Maddem. an aged mai\ who was found guilty after two trials on three charges of incest, was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment.
