NEW ZEALAND BUTTER. AUCKLAND, June 29. The fame of New Zealand butter is spreading to parts seldom heard of in the oountry of its production, and an unexper' I testimonial to the quality of the butter has been received from a lady attached to the Canadian Mission at Asyut. Egypt The butter was 6ent from the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company’s branch in Lonoon to Egypt, and in each carton was enclosed a printed slip requesting the purchaser to communicate direct with the London office if there were any reason to complain of the condition of the butter. The request drew the follow •' g reply, with the slip enclosed, from the ourchaser at Asyut: “On purchasing some butter one day I found tnis slip of paper. As I read it I thought that if we had ny complaint to make how ready wo would bo to do so, but I decided that instead of complaining I would write and tell you how much 1 appreciated bein® able to get good butter. We live in Asyut, and it is not possible for us to have the butter in warm weather, so when the weather is cool enough we enjoy it very much.”
