Knights of the British Empire (civil division), Mr Francis Greville Clark, President of the Victorian Legislative Council and Mr James Oswald Fairfax, director of the Sydney Morning Herald. Knights Bachelor, Mr George Fairbaim, Agent-general for Victoria, and Mr George Mason Allard, Chairman of Amalgamated Wireless.
