SUPREME COURT SITTINGS.
AUCKLAND, July 23. In the Supreme Court, Stanley Lawrence George Grouch, for breaking and entering and theft, was given two years’ probation. Sidney Gorman admitted a charge of bigamy. It was stated that divorce proceedings had been commenced by his legal wife. Mr Justice Stringer relra-sed accused in hia own recognisance, to come up for sentence in February, stating that if his matrimonial affairs were cleared up by then nothing mere would be heard about the matter.
