DESTROYING CATHOLIC CHURCHES.
WASHINGTON, January 17. At Baltimore (Maryland)- a fire of unknown origin destroyed Rockhill College, an historic Catholic institution. The loss is estimated at 200.CC0 dollars. OTTAWA, January 15. At Hamilton, Ontario, the early discovery of another mysterious fire prevented the destruction of fit. Mary’s Cathedral. This is the thirteenth fire in Canadian cathedral institutions.
