This mulch is simply a piece of tar paper with holes cut where the seeds aro to be planted. It is put in place when the giound is wet, and the holes are covered until the weed seeds have germinated and died, then the holes are uncovered and the seeds planted. It allows rain to enter the soil between strips, but
